PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the order of impugned notice issued by the learned Sub Divisional Magistrate Cum Revenue Divisional Officer, Tirunelveli District, Dated 20.05.2014 made in M.C.No.39 of 2014 and quash the same.

This quash petition is filed to quash the proceedings in M.C.No.39 of 2014 on the file of the Sub Divisional Magistrate Cum Revenue Divisional Officer, Tirunelveli District. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the proceedings under Section 107 Cr.P.C. has already been closed against the petitioners.
