To allow the Second appeal by setting aside the judgement and decree in A.S.No.9 of 2013, dated 17.08.2015 on the file of Sub Court, Sivagangai and the decree and judgment in O.S.No.39 of 2004 on the file of District Munsif Court, Manamadurai, dated 08.10.2012 and thus render justice.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.VENKATESH, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 966 days in paying the deficit Court fee of Rs.3,469/-. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.In the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the petitioners have stated reasons to the satisfaction of this Court. Having regard to the fact that the delay is inordinate, this petition is allowed on condition that the petitioners pay a sum of Rs.2,000/- to the Bubbles Day Care, being run by the Women Lawyers Association, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order.
