[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The judgment of this Court dated 20.04.2011 made in W.A.(MD) No.468 of 2010 is sought to be reviewed in the present review application.
2. The writ petition filed by the review petitioner was allowed. The respondents preferred an intra-Court appeal. A Division Bench of this Court, considering the merits of the case, held that the review petitioner has not produced any document to show that the individuals, who were promoted, were juniors to the review petitioner. The writ Court granted relief on the basis that juniors to the review petitioner were promoted. However, the writ appellate Court having found that there is no document to establish that juniors to the review petitioner were promoted, allowed the writ appeal. Therefore, the present review application.

3. We do not find any error apparent on the face of the record. Therefore, this Review Application is dismissed. No costs.
