20558 of 2022:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying to direct the Special Court for cases Triable under SC/ST Act, Sivagangai to consider the bail application on the same day in Crime No.156 of 2022 on the file of the second respondent police station.

ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. P. Venkata Subramanian, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. R. Sivakumar, Government Advocate for the 1st and 2nd respondents, this Court made the following order:

This petition has been filed seeking extension of time to surrender of the petitioner before the learned Special Judge for Cases triable under SC/ST Act, Sivagangai, as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.20558 of 2022 dated 23.11.2022. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
