This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first to fourth respondents to issue patta in the petitioner's name for the land in Survey No.605, situated at Door No.3A, Ward No.5, Govindhanagaram, Theni Taluk, measuring an extent of 576 sq.ft., by considering the petitioner's representation dated 12.12.2024.

2. It is seen from the records that the petitioner, without making a proper online application along with the necessary fees, rushed to this Court seeking for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first to fourth respondents to issue patta in his name. There is a specific provision in the Act for the grant of patta. Since the petitioner has approached this Court without making an online application and in the absence of the same, this Writ Petition cannot be entertained. Therefore, Page No. 2 of 4

this Writ Petition is liable to be dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file an online application along with the necessary fees, if so advised.
