ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 4.

2. The petitioner had given a complaint against the fifth respondent alleging commission of caste attrocity. The petitioner's complaint was enquired into. But then, a closure report has been filed. The grievance of the petitioner is that the final report was not even served on the petitioner. Without going into the factual veracity of the said allegation, the third respondent is directed to serve a fresh copy of the final report of the petitioner herein. The jurisdictional Court is also directed to issue RCS notice to the petitioner herein. The petitioner can very well file a protest petition. With this liberty to the petitioner and direction to the third respondent, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
