ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the 2nd respondent to give a police protection for the petitioner's life and limb as well as her child on the basis of his representation dated 10/12/2019.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the third respondent is the husband of the petitioner and during an earlier occasion when she had come to the Court the third respondent had assaulted her and based on the complaint given by the father of the petitioner enquiry was conducted in CSR No. 1020 of 2019 and during enquiry the third respondent had undertaken not to harass the petitioner. Thereafter the enquiry was closed. Now it seems that the third respondent once again harassed the petitioner .
