recovering the amount paid as House Rent Allowance as admissible to Grade-II Towns from the Teachers within limits of Thuraiyur Municipality.

[Judgment of the Court was delivered by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM,J.] The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant made a submission that during the pendency of the writ appeal, the grievances of the appellant has been redressed by the competent authority. In this regard, the proceedings of the District Collector, Tiruchirapalli, dated 03.01.2012 is produced. Therefore, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ appeal. Accordingly, this Writ Appeal stands disposed of as infructuous. No costs.
