M.MUTHUGEETHAYAN, Advocate for the petitioner in Both petitions, the court made the following order:- Ordered, subject to deposit of costs of Rs.2,500/-(Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred) each with the Medical Officer, Government Dispensary, functioning in the premises of Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, within a period of two weeks from today. The said amount shall be utilised by the Medical Officer for keeping the dispensary clean and tidy.
