Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SASIKUMAR V, Advocate for the petitioners and M/S.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.20793 of 2022, dated 28.11.2022. 2.The learned Counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.20793 of 2022, dated 28.11.2022 is
modified to the effect that the first petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required and the petitioners 2 and 3 shall report before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every English Calender month at 10.30 am until further orders. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
