There was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 02.02.2024. Hence, the matter was adjourned to 06.02.2024. Even on

06.02.2024, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter is listed today under the caption 'for dismissal'. Inspite of listing the matter under the caption 'for dismissal', none has entered appearance for the petitioner. Hence, the Review Application is dismissed for non-prosecution.

2. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that in view of the pendency of the Review Application, there was no progress in the suit and he seeks for a direction for an early disposal of the suit in O.S.No.125 of 2002.

3. Considering the long pendency of the suit, this Court deems it appropriate to give a direction to the Trial Court for an early disposal. Hence, the Trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.125 of 2002 within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
