ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent and his officials not to harass the petitioners and their family members unnecessarily against law under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that based on the complaint given against the petitioners, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioners in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
