Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of respondent in proceedings in Na.Ka.No.323/07/A3 dated 26.9.2007 and quash the same as illegal arbitrary and unenforceable consequently direct the respondent to drop all further proceedings pursuant to the notice issued in Na.Ka.No.323/07/A3 dated 26.9.2007.
