RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition on them in Crl O.P (MD) No. 20934 of 2022 against Crime No. 225 of 2022 dated 02.01.2023 Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SRIDHAR V, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.20934 of 2022, dated 28.11.2022. 2.The learned Counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions.

CRL MP(MD) No.348 of 2023 report before the respondent police on all Saturday of every English Calender month at 10.30 am until further orders and the fourth petitioner shall report before the respondent Police as and when required.
