ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The order sought to be reviewed was passed on 10.01.2013 in W.P.(MD)No.11629 of 2012.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the review petitioner states that the fish shop in the burial ground must be permitted. Since the authorities competent rejected the request, the said Writ Petition was filed. This Court has rejected the claim of the review petitioner and passed orders on merits. 2/4

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 would bring to the notice of this Court that the fish shop is illegally functioning even as of now and the authorities competent will initiate enforcement action and remove the encroachments, if any identified. 4.The grounds relating to merits already adjudicated in the Writ Petition cannot be re-adjudicated in the review petition. The petitioner has not established any error apparent on record warranting interference. Thus, this Review Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
