This contempt petition has been filed to punish the contemnors/respondents herein for their acts of Contempt of Court for the willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in WMP(MD) No.23508 of 2019 in W.P.(MD) No.27308 of 2019 dated 20.12.2019.

2. When the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Advocate General assisted by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the order has been complied with. Copy of the letter dated 31.01.2020 in Na.Ka.No.3884/2019/C1 also been submitted before this Court.
