RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP(MD)No.17929/2022 dt.6/10/2022 on the file of this Hon'ble High Court. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ANANDAN B, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Govt. Advocate (CRL Side) for Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.17929 of 2022, dated 06.10.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed and the case is pending committal in P.R.C.No.29 of 2023 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumayam and that the case stands posted to 23.01.2023. 4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.17929 of 2022, dated 06.10.2022 is modified to the effect to the effect that the petitioner shall https://www.mhc.tn.gov.

CRL MP(MD) No.610 of 2023 report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumayam in P.R.C.No.29 of 2023 on 23.01.2023 at 10.30 a.m and thereafter, on the date fixed by the learned Trial Judge.
