This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioners by interfering in their matrimonial life and to ensure the life and limb of the petitioners and 1st petitioner's family members. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side).

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners, belonging to different communities had entered upon marriage which resulted in certain misgivings in the respective families. He further submitted that the respondent Police have duly advised the parties and closed the complaint and that there is no case or enquiry pending against them.

4. Recording the said submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that as the complaint against the first petitioner by the mother of the second petitioner was closed, the presence of the petitioners is not required by the respondents police, this Criminal Petition is closed.
