ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.N.MOHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.S.MATHIALAGAN, Advocate for R1, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to restore the M.P.(MD).No.1/15 in CMA. (MD).No.2614/03 by setting aside the order of dismissed for default on 30.10.2014.

This petition is ordered and M.P.(MD).No.1/15 is restored. The Registry is directed to list the M.P.(MD).No.1/15 on 28.09.2018.
