This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the Respondent Police to file the final report in Crime No.261 of 2019. 2.When the case came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the FIR in Crime No.261 of 2019 pending on the file of the Respondent was closed under Section 468 of Cr.P.C. on 15.09.2023.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Petitioner to approach the Court concerned by filing appropriate petition, if he is so advised.
