This Court, by its order dated 25.03.2022, made in W.P(MD) No. 12900 of 2021, observed that if the petitioner submitted all the documents before the competent authority for considering the claim of payment of subsistence allowance, the same is to be considered as per the rule in force. Hence, there is no direction to the competent authority to consider the claim of the petitioner.
