This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent to further investigate the case in C.C.No.269 of 2013, pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.V, Trichy.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).

3.The relief sought for by the petitioner in this petition cannot be granted by this Court at this stage, since the case is pending for more than two years, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate NO.V, Trichy. 4.Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed, giving liberty to the petitioner to invoke the provisions under Section 173(8) Cr.P.C. before the trial Court. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
