This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner except under due process of law.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) that the complaint received against the petitioner stands closed, this Criminal Original Petition shall stand closed with the observation that the respondents shall not require the presence of the petitioner before them.
