ORDER
When the civil revision petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the prayer that has been sought has become infructuous inasmuch as, during the pendency of the Civil Revision Petition, the petitioner and the respondent are living 1/3
together. The said submission is recorded. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. The learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that the respondent also undertakes to withdraw the pending HMOP.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
