Therefore, this Court directed the Registry to issue notice to the appellant and the notice has returned as insufficient address. 2.Therefore, the present second appeal is dismissed for non prosecution with liberty to restore and contest the case, if so advised. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
