This petition has been filed by the petitioner to condone the delay of 128 days in filing the above Civil Revision Petition. 2.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the supporting affidavit filed for condonation, delay of 128 days is condoned and the petition is ordered on payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees Thousand only) to the Rojavanam Homeless & Aged Care Centre, Melur Road, Uthangudi, Madurai, on or before 03.02.2017, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed autotmatically, without further reference to this Court.
