ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] What has been challenged is a notice issued under Section 7 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905.

2. This impugned notice is only a show-cause notice. The petitioner, without giving a reply, has approached this Court. In such view of the matter, we are not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, the petitioner is given two weeks' time, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to give a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD) No.537 of 2021 suitable reply and on receipt of the same, if no final order is passed under Section 6 of the said Act, the same will have to be passed within a further period of four weeks.

3. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
