S.A.(MD).No.13 of 2025 K.K.RAMAKRISHNAN.J, Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that, in compliance with the order of this Court, the appellant has already arranged a sum of Rs.2,00,000/-. However, owing to the forthcoming parliamentary election, he is unable to bring the said amount before this Court.

2.In view of the above submissions, this Court directs the appellant to produce the entire amount by way of demand draft.
