This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.21213 of 2024 dated 04.12.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.21213 of 2024 dated 04.12.2024 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioners have complied the conditions for nearly sixty six days. 1/3

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.21213 of 2024 dated 04.12.2024. is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.
