[Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.] Seeking to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner by the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur, vide Judgment dated 23.03.2023 in S.C.No.56 of 2017, she has filed this criminal miscellaneous petition.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is withdrawing this criminal miscellaneous petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement so made, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
