NO.3 of 2011, dated 12/01/2012, confirming the judgment and decree of the learned District Munsif, Sivakasi made in O.S.NO.151 of 2005, Dated 18/08/2023.

Decree:- This Second Appeal coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the grounds of Appeal, the judgments and decrees of the Lower Appellate court and the court of First Instance and the material papers in the suit and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.Ashokkumar, Advocate for the appellant and of Mr.V.Srinivasan, Advocate for the respondent, this court doth order and decree as follows:-
