Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to join duty as Sweeper in the 3rd respondent Town Panchayat . ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Government Pleader and of M/S.G.CHANDRASEKAR, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent the Court made the following order:- [Order of the Court was made by R.SUBBIAH,J.] this petition seeking to condone the delay of 216 days in filling the Review Application is allowed and the delay is condoned, on condition that the petitioners shall pay a sum of Rs.1500/- [Rupees One Thousand and Five Hundred only], on or before 13.02.2017, before the Tamil Nadur Mediation and Conciliation https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
