RESPONDENTS/RESPONDENTS Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Condone the delay of 122 days in preferring the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal against the award passed in W.C.No.44/2011 dated 20.04.2016 on the file of the Workmens Compensation Commissioner-cum-Deputy Commissioner of Labour, Dindigul.
ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.SRIRAM, Advocate for M/S.D.SIVARAMAN, Advocate for the petitioner the Court made the following order:- This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 122 days in filing the above appeal.
2.Though Notice was served on the respondents and their names are printed in the cause list and there is no representation for the respondents either in person or through Counsel. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the supporting affidavit filed for condonation, delay of 122 days is condoned and the petition is ordered on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five hundred only) to the Rojavanam Homeless and Aged Care Centre, Melur Road, Uthangudi, Madurai, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court.
