ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as A1 to A4, A6 to A11 and A14 to A16, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 324, 506(ii) and 307 of I.P.C in Crime No.119 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners are said to have assaulted the defacto complainant and his relatives.
3. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that this is a case of case and counter and the injured persons had already been discharged from the hospital.
4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) and also considering the fact that the injured person had already been discharged from the hospital, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, with certain conditions.
5. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, No.II, Karur and on each executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
further condition that the petitioners shall stay at Virudhunagar at report before the Virudhunagar Town Police Station daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.
