ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.I, Madurai, to complete the trial and dispose of the case in S.T.C.No.119 of 2023 within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court hereby directs the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.I, Madurai, to complete the trial in S.T.C.No.119 of 2023 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
