DECREE:-This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal came up for hearing on this day Thursday the 11th day of November 2021 and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Thiru.K.Suresh, Advocate for the Appellants/Claimants and of Thiru.V.Regunathan, Advocate for the first Respondent and Mr.A.Ilango, Advocate for Second respondent and having stood over for consideration till this day, while partly allowing this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal this Court doth order and decree as follows:- (i)that the Insurance Company/Second respondent herein be and hereby is liable to pay entire award amount of Rs.20,35,000/- with 7.5% interest, as fixed by the Tribunal from the date of petition. (ii)that the Insurance Company shall depostit the entire award amount, within a period of Two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
