This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.20278 of 2024 dated 21.11.2024.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.20278 of 2024 dated 21.11.2024 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.20278 of 2024 dated 21.11.2024 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.
