ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A1 in Crime No.81 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 22.04.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201 of I.P.C., and hence, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the deceased is the son-inlaw of A1 and the deceased was not living with the daughter of A1 and therefore, there was an enmity between the accused and the deceased and on 24.02.2015, he eliminated the deceased.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioner has been implicated on the suspicion and he is a physically challenged person. He further submitted that the petitioner is in judicial custody for more than 68 days and major part of the investigation is over. He further submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that totally there are five accused in this case and the deceased is the son-in-law of A1. He further submitted that A5 is at large and major part of the investigation is over.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail on the following conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
