The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus as against the first respondent to dispose of the appeal preferred by the writ petitioner on 06.11.2025 as against the order passed by the third respondent dated 24.10.2025. The petitioner has further prayed that pending the appeal, the order of the third respondent may not be implemented.

2. A perusal of the records reveal that the petitioner's Plot No.A4, having an extent of 2110 Sq.ft was regularized by way of orders of the third respondent on 29.04.2024. The said order was partly reversed by him by way of an order dated 24.10.2025, wherein the regularization was restricted to 1570 square feet and the rest of the area was declared to be a road. Challenging the said order, the petitioner has preferred an appeal to the first respondent on 06.11.2025.

3. According to the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, as a consequence of the order of the third respondent dated 24.10.2025, now encroachment proceedings have been initiated by the revenue officials, 3/6

alleging that the balance area is a road. Therefore, the petitioner seeks that till the disposal of the appeal, the possession should not be disturbed for the entire extent of 2110 Sq.ft.

4. Considering the above said facts, without going to the merits of the case, this Court directs the first respondent to dispose of the appeal on or before 31.03.2026. Till such time, the order of the third respondent dated 24.10.2025 shall be kept in abeyance.

5. With the above said observation, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
