ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondent to provide adequate Police Protection to the petitioner and his community people during the Thottachiamman Temple festival on 15/01/2020 and 16/01/2020 in Survey No.30/1 Old Survey No.193/1B at Meenakshipuram II Bit, Mangulam Village, Madurai District based on the petitioner's complaint dated 05.12.2019

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in respect of complaint given by the petitioner enquiry was conducted in e.f.vz; /01/fh.M.X.fh.ep/2020. The respondent police has conducted spot enquiry and discreet enquiry also. The Village https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Administrative Officer of Meenakchipuram was also enquired and he has stated that the member of one Alagammal family had been celebrating pongal at that place for past several years and that it had also transpired that the complaint of the petitioner was without any basis. The said Mahendran or his persons have not created any problem with the petitioner and thereby they have rejected the representation of the petitioner and sent a reply to the petitioner dated 08.01.2010. The report of the second respondent is also enclosed.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
