The wife seeks transfer of HMOP No.230 of 2020, pending on the file of the Family Court, Dindigul to the Family Court, Trichy. 2.Transfer is sought for mainly on the ground of convenience, as the wife is a resident of Melapandavarmangalam, Trichy District.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection for transfer being ordered.

4.In view of the above, HMOP No.230 of 2020 is withdrawn from the file of Family Court, Dindigul and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Trichy for being disposed of, in accordance with law. The Family Court, Dindigul is directed to transmit the papers to the Family Court, Trichy, forthwith.

5. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. However, there will be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
