This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent herein to investigate the case in Crime NO.104 of 2015, pending before him and to file final report against all the accused in accordance with law within a stipulated time.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, would submit that the investigation is going on.

4. In view the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), the respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file the final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
