ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner has come forward to file this public interest litigation seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 2 & 3 to remove the unauthorized structures put up by the fourth respondent and to cancel the permission granted to the function organized by the fourth respondent.

2. From the instructions furnished by the District Collector, Ramanathapuram to the learned Special Government Pleader, it is seen that in pursuant to the permission granted, the programme was conducted and the temporary structures have also been removed.
3. In such view of the matter, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition and the same is accordingly, closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach the District Collector, Ramanathapuram, if there is any grievance with respect to the very organizing of such function in the said place, in future. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
