ORDER

This revision petition is filed to dispose of RP.No.7/2021 in OS.No.212/2007 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Nagercoil within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Since no adverse order against the respondents is supposed to be passed in the present petition, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials on record.

4. The suit in OS.No.212/2007 was disposed on 10.07.2017. The appeal filed against the suit in AS.No.18/2019 was also disposed on 03.01.2020. RP.No.7/2021 was filed by the petitioner / plaintiff for return of document. Now, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that against the Appeal Suit order, Second Appeal was filed and SR number was also given. From 02.09.2021 onwards, RP.No.7/2021 is pending without any progress.

5. In such circumstances, the learned Principal District Munsif, Nagaercoil is directed to verify the pendency of the Second https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

C.R.P(MD)No.212 of 2022 Appeal and thereafter, dispose RP.No.7/2021 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
