PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 3 to recall the election result in the post of President at Malavarayanenthal and Semparayanenthal Village Kanmoi (Tank) water user's association, Manamadurai Taluk, Sivagangai Dsitrict on the basis of "No Agriculture land in the name of 7th respondent"and "No patta & Chitta in the name of 7th respondent" and consequently directing the first respondent to conduct the Fresh Election in the post of President at Malavarayanenthal and Semparayanenthal Village Kanmoi (Tank) water user's association, Manamadurai Taluk, Sivagangai District.
