ORDER

The petitioners, who are arrayed as A.1 to A.5, seek to quash the proceedings in D.V.No.4 of 2015, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Melur.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.The first petitioner, who is the husband of the respondent, has filed this petition seeking to quash all the proceedings initiated by the respondent in D.V.No.4 of 2015. The learned Counsel for the petitioners has made reliance upon the documents said to have been executed on 06.09.2014.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected M.P.(MD) Nos.1 and 2 of 2015 are also closed. However, all the issues are left open to be raised before the Court below. Considering the submission made, personal appearance of the petitioners before the Court below is dispensed with until and unless the same is required. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur is also directed to dispose of the case in D.V.No.4 of 2015 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
