ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as sole accused apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under sections 468, 471 and 420 of IPC, in Crime No.21 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The Regional Passport Officer lodged a complaint alleging that the petitioner by producing bogus Birth Certificate applied for Passport. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

He further submitted that the name of the petitioner is Kaviyarasan, but the Birth Certificate was issued wrongly as 'Kaviyarasu' and thereafter, his name was corrected in the Birth Certificate and fresh Certificate was issued. It is further submitted that in all other certificates belonging to the petitioner, the name of the petitioner was mentioned as 'Kaviyarasan'. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has no bad antecedents. 5.Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions.

6.Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathapuram and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police for two consecutive Saturday and Sunday i.e., on 27.06.2015, 28.06.2015, 04.07.2015 and 05.07.2015 at 10.00. a.m and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
