JUDGMENT

On 12.11.2021, it was reported that the sole respondent died and the matter was posted to 26.11.2021 for taking steps. Till today no steps have been taken by the appellant to bring on record the legal heirs.

2. On 05.01.2022, this Court directed the Registry to delete the name of the learned counsel for the appellant and print the name of the appellant in the cause list.

3. Even today (06.01.2022), there is no representation for the appellant. Hence the second appeal is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
