J U D G M E N T

The learned counsel appearing for the appellants submitted that she tried to contact both the appellants through registered letters. However, the registered letters were returned with an endorsement that both of them have died and the memo to that effect has been filed on 13.10.2022. She added that no instructions have been received from any of the legal heirs of the deceased appellants.
