ORDER

This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.12509 of 2024 in Crl.A.(MD)No.818 of 2024, by order dated 25.11.2024.

2. This Court, while suspending the sentence on 25.11.2024, directed the petitioner/accused to stay at Nagercoil and report before the learned Principal District Judge, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a resident of Thanjavur and pursuant to the direction of this Court, the petitioner is staying at Nagercoil and complying with the condition from 03.12.2024 to till date.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 03.12.2024 to till date, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.12509 of 2024.

5. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the appeal. sd/- 10/02/2025 / TRUE COPY / /02/2025 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.
